In a Hurry? Pizza Dough - No Need to Rise

Say Good-bye to frozen and take-out pizza and hello to homemade! You'll impress your family with this one!

This is the best homemade pizza crust and it tastes SO great! The best part is that it is simple and fast. I used the dough hook on the electric mixer and it comes out perfect every time! The recipe is adapted from submitted by Gudny Bjorg Kjaerbo. As you can see, I haven't quite figured out how to stretch the dough nicely but it all goes down the same.

3 cups flour
1 tbsp. quick rise dry active yeast
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp white sugar
1 cup warm water (110F/45 C)

**I always double the recipe.**


1. Preheat oven with baking stone to 375F. (I use a Pampered Chef bar pan or cookie pan.)

2. Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl. Mix oil and warm water and add to flour mixture. Use dough hook and mix until fully combined.

3. Stretch the dough as thin as possible to fit the size of your stone or baking pan, or if you have a pizza peel. Top with ingredients and place pizza on the hot stone in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

You will never want to eat take-out pizza again!
